La Griffe Résidentielle was born from a lived experience. My mother saw every bill, every phone call and every follow-up as an insurmountable mountain. Not because she could no longer live on her own — but because the administrative burden of daily life was exhausting her. By taking over that management on her behalf, she was able to breathe, focus on what truly mattered and remain in her own home 28 months longer than anyone had anticipated. Over time, I noticed a very similar need among homeowners in my immediate circle who spend part of the winter outside Quebec or are regularly away.
