("we", "us"), is committed to protecting the privacy of people who visit our website, contact us or complete one of our forms, including advertising forms on Facebook and Instagram. We may collect personal information when you:
- Complete our website contact form (name, email, telephone, municipality, type of residence, timing, subject and message);
- Complete an instant form in a Facebook or Instagram advertisement (name, contact information and answers to qualification questions);
- Contact us by email, telephone or Messenger;
- Consent to optional website measurement tools, as described below.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer your request and offer an initial consultation;
- To assess whether our services fit your situation and, where appropriate, propose a mandate;
- To perform administrative follow-up if you become a client;
- To improve our website and communications.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing.
4. Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising forms
When you submit an instant form from one of our advertisements, Meta sends us the information you provide according to the platform's privacy settings. We encourage you to review Meta's privacy policy. Once received by us, the information is handled under this policy.
5. Cookies and measurement tools
Optional measurement and advertising technologies are disabled by default. If you select "Accept optional cookies", the site may activate:
- Google Analytics 4, to measure general website usage;
- Meta Pixel, to measure visits and actions connected with our advertisements.
If you reject optional cookies, these two tools are not loaded. Google reCAPTCHA may still be used as an essential security function to protect the contact form. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can reopen the choices at any time using "Manage cookies" in the footer.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described above and for applicable legal or tax requirements. If you do not become a client, your contact information is retained for a reasonable follow-up period and is then deleted periodically or upon request.
7. Your rights
Subject to Quebec's applicable private-sector privacy law, you may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent subject to legal obligations, request deletion where applicable, or make a complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The most recent update date appears at the top of the page.
