The difference is simple: Home Watch covers visits and reports. Serenity adds administrative follow-up and up to 60 minutes of coordination. Signature increases this to 3 hours and handles mandates involving several service providers or work follow-ups.

Documented Visit — starting at $99

For a short absence or a specific check: a planned interior and exterior visit, verification of agreed items, photos and a brief report.

For a home requiring a visit every 7 days, the Home Watch package at $249 per month is more advantageous.

Rate applies to a standard home within our usual service area. A proposal is provided before billing if the property, distance or request requires more time.

About your insurance: requirements during an absence vary from one policy to another. Confirm the required frequency and checks with your insurer. We can adapt our visits to those requirements, but our visits alone do not guarantee coverage.

File opening and administrative setup: $49 (one-time fee; waived with the Exclusive Offer). Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus taxes.
