On-site presence

Home Safety Visit — starting at $99

Planned interior and exterior visit to verify the agreed elements in the residence, take photos and send a brief report.

Regular option: $179 per month for two planned visits, depending on the area and property.

File opening and administrative setup: $49 (one-time fee). A customized proposal can be prepared for certain specialized post-loss mandates.

Please note: service-provider costs, exceptional interventions and travel outside the mandate are billed separately, after authorization when required.
